SHIPPING

We aim to ship your order to you within 24 hours, unless we are out of stock in which case we will let you know straight away and make them as soon as we can - if we have to make them the lead time is up to 3 weeks from the date of receiving your order.

Shipping within the UK is £15.00 - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day (this insures the parcel up to £500).

Shipping internationally - our flat rate is £28.00 - Parcelforce tracked and traced, with a maximum compensation value of £250.

Repairs/Resoles - If you wish to send us your shoes for some TLC after wearing them please send them to us at : The Original Shandals Co. Arfon House, 19 Heol Maengwyn, Machynlleth, SY20 8EB, Wales. If sending them back internationally please mark them RETURNED GOODS as this will avoid customs charges/delays at both ends.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return a stock pair we will refund you in full minus the postage. Please note - if you do return them they must come back in the same unworn condition within 10 days of you receiving them.

Alternatively we can exchange for a pair of your choice.

If your pair is made with requested alterations to the Patterns and Lasts, or in odd sizes and you want to return them unworn within 10 days we would classify these as bespoke so will refund you 50% back of the total cost minus the postage.

    We use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this guarantees your Shandals next day delivery and insures against loss or theft.

    We use Royal Mail Parcelforce which insures the parcels up to £250 and is fully trackable door to door.

  • Stock or ready-made Shandals® can be returned if unworn and in good condition within 10 days for a full refund, minus the postage.
